PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your registration for SEWA Work to support noble cause.

Here are basic requirements and advice for preparation of Dandiya and Garba event. Please read the document carefully and if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us/write us at sewa@sewanorway.org

Information Pack

Date : Sunday 22nd October 2023 17:00 to 21:00
Arrival Time: Registration and Check-in starts at 17:00 hrs.
Venue: Vallhall Arena, Dronning Margretes vei 11, 0663 Oslo

1. Check-in starts at 17:00.

2. Keep QR code/EntryPass with Identity Card/Legitimation visible for smooth check-in. If you haven´t received the QR code then please write to sewa@sewanorway.org .

3. Please check weather forecast and prepare accordingly (It may be cold or rain).

4. After successful scan wristbands will be provided to everyone to keep in your hands until you are at venue.

5. There are two type of tickets
A. Lille (Alder under 6)
B. Store (Alder 6 og over)

6. There is one Entry-pass for each ticket. Entry-pass (QR Code) can be scanned only once.

8. For this public event photos and videos will be shared live on facebook, if you have any concern about it please contact organizers.

9. It is advised to wear shoes all the time (Valhall arena is an Indoor football stadium with an artificial grass surface)

10. Dandiya Sticks, Food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue (for special dietary requirements such as allergies, children and infant’s food, etc one should bring her/his own food).

11. Parents are requested to take full responsibility for their children at the venue.

12. Consumption of intoxicating substances such as tobacco, alcohol, etc is strictly prohibited in and around the venue.

13. Considering the corona situation please follow guidelines as per local Kommune.
